Large trade customers have Sales reps who manage a number of their customers/delivery points and are always looking for ETA information - rather than the reps having to log into VCIS using up any VCIS licenses it would be easier for them to access the VCIS app to search for a delivery status and ETA - perhaps a view only access ?
